SOURCING EXECUTIVE(KIDS WEAR)

Role Overview
As a Sourcing Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing pan-India suppliers and FOB (Full Order Basis) vendors across all apparel categories —knitwear, wovenwear, denims,and gifting sets.. EtcYou’ll work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely development, consistent quality, and cost-effective execution

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage vendor partnerships across India, including FOB vendors capable of full design-to-pack production.

Source high-quality fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials aligned with Funcle’s premium positioning.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and production terms to ensure smooth operations.

Build and maintain a robust vendor master list with product expertise, costing, and ratings.

Coordinate with designers and merchandisers on sample development, approvals, and bulk execution.

Monitor timelines, quality standards, and delivery performance across all vendor categories.

Identify new markets, sustainable materials, and innovation-driven suppliers.

Travel periodically for sourcing, factory audits, and material verification.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing, merchandising, or vendor development.

Strong network of FOB and material vendors across major apparel hubs Tirupur, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Surat, etc.

Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, costing, and full-order production systems.

Sharp negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Passion for design-led, quality-focused apparel production.

Willingness to travel and explore new vendor opportunities.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
