Role OverviewAs Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of Funcle’s brand storytelling, campaigns, influencer marketing, and retail visibility.
You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to build a consistent, premium, and emotion driven brand presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Funcle’s overall marketing strategy across D2C, retail, and social media channels.
Plan and manage digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and ad budgets (Meta, Google, etc.).
Work with design and content teams to ensure premium, brand-aligned visual identity.
Plan and execute product launches, gifting campaigns, and retail marketing activations.
Collaborate with the Shopify/e-commerce and sales team for online growth and traffic generation.
Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and optimize for ROI.
Build partnerships with influencers, parent communities, and retail collaborators.
Stay updated on fashion trends, parenting content, and babywear market behavior
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in marketing / brand management / digital strategy, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or baby products.
Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and online advertising tools.
Experience in managing creative campaigns, digital agencies, and brand storytelling.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and premium positioning.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, or D2C growth.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
