Sourcer / Recruiter – Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad, IndiaFull-Time | Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable)Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer/Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various functions, supporting our recruitment goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing needs
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and other creative sourcing channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls to assess candidate fit
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sourcing metrics and progress
  • Continuously research and implement sourcing best practices to improve hiring efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
