Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify noise sources and analyze acoustic challenges.
• Recommend customized soundproofing strategies based on noise profiles, client requirements, budgets, and applicable construction techniques.
• Specify suitable materials and installation methods tailored to each project.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets efficiently from planning through execution.
• Oversee the installation process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
• Supervise and support installation teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Stay current with advancements in soundproofing technologies, materials, and industry best practices to continually enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in soundproofing principles, acoustic treatment, and isolation techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of soundproofing materials, their properties, availability, and cost structures.
• Experience with acoustic measurement tools and methods for identifying and analyzing noise sources.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing project budgets.
• Solid background in construction methods, particularly within the

  Saudi market

  or GCC region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
