Role Overview: You will be responsible for Sales Turnover and ensuring a seamless Customer Experience throughout the conversion process. Your main focus will be on building a loyal network of influencers to generate business and scout for opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various sources. It will be essential for you to take ownership of the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion. Your multitasking abilities will be put to the test as you manage relationships with diverse influencers and stakeholders such as Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores, and Trades. In addition, you should exhibit achievement orientation by meeting targets and executing sales tools, systems, and processes effectively. Understanding the offerings of the competition and consistently improving the customer experience will also be key aspects of your role. Moreover, you will need to be the first point of contact for escalations and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
