Lead & Solutions Architect for our Informatica PowerCenter Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Informatica PowerCenter

  master solution, ensuring a robust, scalable, and efficient platform.
• Collaborate on

  system design and architecture

  , ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Facilitate

  agile ceremonies

  (e. g. , daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives), ensuring adherence to Scrum or Kanban practices.
• Proactively identify

  risks and roadblocks

  , implementing timely mitigation strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and improve

  reporting mechanisms

  for status updates, technical documentation, and progress tracking.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define

  technical requirements

  and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Ensure the provided solutions comply with BMW s

  security standards

  , performance metrics , and scalability requirements .
• Proactively identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure project continuity and team alignment.

What should you bring along

• Extensive experience in

  Informatica PowerCenter

  and other ETL solutions as well as general software architecture
• Knowledge of

  SQL

  for database management and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to

  lead teams

  and mentor team members effectively.
• Strong understanding of

  agile frameworks

  and experience in roles such as Scrum Master or (Sub-) Product Owner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work in a
