Job Summary

This job role is responsible for Assignment Specification, Project Specification, or other assignment documents. The authority shall, in general, be sufficient to make all necessary decisions concerning the technical solution or services within the proposed and/or ordered contract framework.

Responsibility:

Handling L2 Operations activities.
Handling Regular Maintenance activities.
Managing stakeholder communication for ticket handling.
Manager all KPIs related to the operations.
Identify automation areas and drive for closure.
Perform Periodic security and capacity audits.
Good knowledge of java,shell scripting and ansible.
Good administrative knowledge of Linux.
Should understand Telecom architecture.
Should know 2G/3G/4G architecture.
Must have worked on some Automation tool/Area.
Must know Patch deployment, bug fixing and troubleshooting issues.
Willing to work in 24*7 support.
End to end ownership of the solution.

Additional Requirements

Should have knowledge of ITIL Processes.
Understanding of CORBA and distributed architectures.
Incident & Change Management.
Regular governance with the stakeholders.
GCP certification preferred.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of Experience in supporting the operations & hands on MATE in Development/Operations area.
5+ years of experience in Linux OS, JAVA& Shell scripting.
