Solutions Architect

Location: New Delhi

Key responsibilities: Responsible for designing and architecting comprehensive, innovative and winning solutions that align with RFP requirements and organizational capabilities – at the back of their deep understanding of business processes, technology and public sector requirements.

• Excellence in solution design

• Develop customer journey, including system diagrams, data models, and technical specifications - aligned to each client government requirement
• Develop comprehensive solution architecture stitching the layers of deliverables from business processes, technology and other functions – with innovation and adherence to RFP requirements as the key drivers
• Select appropriate technologies, platforms, and methodologies to meet customer needs and align with industry best practices
• Develop white papers, case studies, and technical specifications, to strengthen the bid responses
• Drive continuous improvement in solution design processes
• Promote a culture of innovation and excellence for winning solutions

• Strategic support

• Provide technical leadership in the bid process
• Collaborate with the bid team and SMEs to ensure RFP requirements including evaluation criteria are clearly understood and incorporated in the solution

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS (and Master’s degree is preferred)
• 10+ years of experience as solutions architect in public sector
