As a Solutions Analyst III in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Technology (OPT) Project Delivery Office (PDO), you will play a key role in advancing the OPT Technology program roadmap. You will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that meet our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our strategic goals and promote business success. Job Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and deliverables. Evaluate business processes and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement, crafting innovative solutions that align with business needs. Collaborate with development and technical teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Partner with team members to establish strategic goals, foster a collaborative work environment, and uphold the values and culture of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the organizations overall success. Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement, working with cross-functional teams to align with sustainability goals, enhance processes, and provide essential technical support. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on Software Engineering Concepts and 3+ years applied experience Experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with critical and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Waterfall and Agile. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution. Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to continuous process improvement and enhancing self-service capabilities. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Infrastructure background is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
