As a Solutions Analyst III in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Technology (OPT) Project Delivery Office (PDO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co, you will play a crucial role in advancing the OPT Technology program roadmap. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with stakeholders, evaluating business processes, collaborating with technical teams, and proposing process improvements to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and deliverables. - Evaluate business processes and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement, crafting innovative solutions that align with business needs. - Collaborate with development and technical teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Partner with team members to establish strategic goals, foster a collaborative work environment, and uphold the values and culture of JPMorgan Chase & Co. - Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the organization's overall success. - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement, working with cross-functional teams to align with sustainability goals, enhance processes, and provide essential technical support.
