How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer-specific architectures and regional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored and relevant.
- Apply architecture standards and processes to uphold the technical integrity and quality of solutions over time.
- Lead small teams and projects, managing resources effectively while overseeing day-to-day operations and addressing staff management issues.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to address complex challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, negotiate operational issues, and promote new practices and approaches.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical field
- Strong understanding of customer needs and stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions using Nokia products and 3rd party systems
- Proficiency in applying solution architecture standards and principles

- Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks
