Solution Manager L1

As a Proposal Manager at our company, you play a critical role in contributing to the pipeline growth by understanding client requirements effectively and collaborating with internal functions and stakeholders to develop winning solutions utilizing the capabilities within D&OP for the client. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare winning solutions that meet client needs by engaging with customers, interpreting their requirements, and aligning proposals with their expectations - Lead and develop responses and presentations for RFP/RFI/RFQ, ensuring alignment with RFP instructions and adherence to internal branding guidelines - Work with partners to gather relevant data and inputs for proposals - Efficiently plan, organize, lead, and oversee the delivery of final solutions, managing tasks, deadlines, and interactions with stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, provide assistance for customer meetings, and ensure proposals are compliant and delivered on time - Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the proposal process, identifying and escalating any bottlenecks as necessary Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in project management and proposal writing - Familiarity with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and requirements - Ability to collaborate with and influence internal key stakeholders - Proficiency in creating and managing proposal calendars, compliance checklists, and trackers Join our team and contribute significantly to the success of proposals and the establishment of robust client relationships.,
