As a Proposal Manager at the company, your role involves preparing winning solutions for clients by understanding their requirements and collaborating with internal teams effectively. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with customers to accurately interpret their needs and propose solutions aligned with their demands - Leading and preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and presentations, ensuring compliance with formatting guidelines and branding - Coordinating with partners to gather necessary data and inputs for proposal requirements - Supporting sales teams during customer meetings and post-submission of RFP responses - Managing project timelines, tasks, and stakeholder interactions to deliver final solutions efficiently - Overseeing proposal components such as technical, cost, and management sections in collaboration with internal teams and partners - Communicating regularly with sales teams and stakeholders on the progress of proposals - Collaborating with internal teams to create RFP responses, capability demonstrations, and client presentations - Identifying bottlenecks in the proposal process and escalating as needed to ensure timely deliverables Additionally, you will be evaluated based on the following performance parameters: - Zero non-conformance on timelines with respect to client/stakeholder requirements - Percentage of winning solutions created and support on pipeline generation - Number of RFP/Proposals/Solutions submitted and percentage conversion rate from proposal to contract Your role as a Proposal Manager requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
