Solution Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their business and operational challenges, and design value-driven solution frameworks.
  
• Conduct value discovery workshops, create business cases, and quantify the impact of proposed solutions.
  
• Configure workflow automations and BPM models, including logic customization using JavaScript when required.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and measurable ROI.
  
• Develop customer-specific prototypes, PoCs, or solution enhancements to address real-world business needs.
  
• Act as a strategic advisor post-sale, driving continuous improvement and increasing platform adoption.
  
• Serve as a feedback channel between clients and product/engineering teams for product enhancements and innovations.
  
• Document customer journeys, technical workflows, and value stories for internal and cross-team knowledge sharing.
