What will you do?

• Work closely with support, sales, and operations team in resolving technical issues
• Help tech team in solving technical issues by providing relevant details and data
• Work with the product team in collecting user insights and testing the product before releases
• Train operations team on technical aspects of the product
• Document and report Root Cause Analysis issues linked to product

Who are we looking for?

Must Have

• 2-4 years of experience working in software / tech-support / data roles
• Fair understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract required data for analysis
• Great communication skills (both written and verbal)

Should Have

• Basic understanding of APIs
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools
• Multi-lingual (Basic Hindi is a must)
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with the users
• Ability to work in a high pace and very dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, DataDog Redash, Metabase, etc.
• Strong documentation skills
• Understanding of tools like Jira, Postman, etc.
• Good at managing stakeholders
