Solution Designer-Servicenow

Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record in a solution design or architect role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and custom application development (App Engine).
• Strong background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, SSO).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in multiple product suites (e.g., ITSM, HRSD) are highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) is highly beneficial.
