Solution Consultant - Security

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to grasp their business challenges, existing infrastructure, and future technology goals effectively. - Design and present tech-enabled solutions encompassing system architectures, hardware and software specifications, and detailed implementation strategies. - Lead technical demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value and functionality of our solutions. - Perform PoCs at both office and client sites to demonstrate solution capabilities aligned with client requirements. - Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the smart building and physical security sector. - Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices. - Identify security vulnerabilities and develop tailored, effective solutions. - Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, site surveys, and technical support. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles within the physical security industry. - Strong expertise in video surveillance, access control systems (ACS), and other physical security technologies. - Solid grasp of IP networking principles, including network design for security systems, bandwidth calculations, and cybersecurity best practices. - Possession of relevant manufacturer certifications (e.g., Genetec, LenelS2) preferred; CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS International is a bonus. - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.,
