Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Consultant for our client, your role will involve delivering superior workforce management solutions to clients by utilizing your expert knowledge of Kronos/WFD/UKG Pro WFM Consultant software. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirement assessments, designing and implementing solutions, customizing and integrating software, documenting business requirements, overseeing system configuration, providing testing support, implementing best practices, effectively communicating technical concepts, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and traveling as needed to meet with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirement assessments. - Design and implement solutions. - Customize and integrate software. - Document business requirements. - Oversee system configuration. - Provide testing support. - Implement best practices. - Effectively communicate technical concepts. - Manage client relationships. - Mentor team members. - Travel as needed to meet with clients. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management. - Relevant experience as a consultant in a similar application environment. - Extensive experience in implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
