Offer expert guidance and best practices during the Build phase. - Testing Support: Provide assistance and direction during the testing phase, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Best Practices: Advocate for and implement industry best practices in workforce management, process optimization, and system configuration. - Effective Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using use cases, visual diagrams, and process flow charts. - Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client Project teams, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members on advanced modules and solutioning aspects. - Travel: Travel up to 25% may be necessary to engage with clients and support project implementations. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field. - Experience: - 6 to 10 years of experience in implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware in web environments (UKG Pro and Labor). - 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management is essential. - Previous experience as a consultant in a similar application environment is preferred. - Extensive experience in delivering solutions for medium to large enterprise clients. - Skills: - In-depth understanding of business, process, and technology related to workforce management. - Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and configuration of UKG Products. - Extensive knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) modules such as Time Keeping, Accruals, and Leave. - Familiarity with modules like Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Attendance, and Activities is beneficial. - Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality technology and business solutions to diverse customers on time. - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and customers, effectively managing tasks to completion with minimal supervision. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.,
