• Able to create a fully or partially integrated business solution architecture for large AMS deals.

• Mapping technology vs business application.

• Mapping business application to business systems.

• business system architecture.

• Application maintenance support functional technical architecture.

• Able to prepare following story line for the Application enhancement, application development, application modernization, application transformation.
• Application transition management entire life cycle.
• Able to provide, able to prepare, target operating model.

Business capability and solution :

Able to articulate transition, transformation and targeting operate model with innovative pricing model.

Able to prepare Pricing strategy, CatLog offerings. For both application support and application transition.

Innovative Pricing Solutions

• Design outcome-based pricing models (e.g., ticket-based, FTE-based, SLA/KPI-linked).
• Propose hybrid pricing structures combining fixed, variable, and gain-share components.
• Develop pricing strategies for:

• System Integrator-led models

  (where AMS is part of a broader transformation or outsourcing program).

• Shared Services Models

  (leveraging global delivery centers).

• Platform-based AMS

  (using automation, AIOps, and self-heal capabilities).
• Benchmark pricing against industry standards and client budgets.

ASM Operating Models

• Define and present multiple AMS operating models:

• Dedicated Support Teams

  (client-specific, high-touch).

• Shared Services Model

  (cost-effective, scalable).

• System Integrator Model

  (AMS integrated with infra/cloud/network support).

• Co-managed Model

  (client retains partial control, vendor manages execution).
• Recommend transition and transformation roadmaps for each model.

• Mandatory Technical Skills :

  Good experience on large details, delivered multiple AMS and ADM.
• should have good knowledge of all technologies

  ERP, DotNet, Maximo, Oracle

• He should have good knowledge of POD
• Understands core and flex model
