Solution Architect

As a Practice Lead for SAP OTC at our Hyderabad location, with over 10 years of experience, you will be leading our SAP consulting practice with a focus on SAP SD. Your role will involve showcasing strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of SAP technologies, and a successful history of managing SAP implementation projects. You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of SAP solutions, managing a team of consultants, and driving business growth within the SAP practice area. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the SAP consulting practice, overseeing project delivery, resource management, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will provide strategic direction to the SAP consulting team, aligning their efforts with organizational goals. Developing and executing strategies to expand the SAP practice area, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will manage a team of SAP consultants, overseeing hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing initiatives and sales strategies for promoting SAP services will be essential. Staying updated on the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices is crucial. Serving as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions, providing guidance to clients and internal teams, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the SAP practice will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards is imperative in this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 9 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and support. Experience in team management roles, such as Lead, Manager, or Practice Manager, is preferred. A strong understanding of core SAP OTC, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform, and knowledge of SAP Business AI, is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
