Job Description

Key Responsibilities Architecture Design
  • Define end-to-end NAC solution architecture, covering PM/FM domains
  • Design scalable, modular, and reusable components for data ingestion, processing, and visualization
  • Lead integration strategy for network elements (NEs) with assurance frameworks and AIOps platforms
  • Establish governance for KPI, threshold, and policy (TP) management
Performance Management (PM)
  • Architect adapters for multi-vendor data ingestion
  • Define KPI models, historical data strategies, and analytics pipelines
  • Oversee dashboard design for real-time and historical performance metrics
  • Drive predictive analytics and AIOps integration
Fault Management (FM)
  • Architect fault/event data adapters and correlation engines
  • Define NEF syntax, RCA/SIA frameworks, and event processing logic
  • Guide development of agents for fault collection and enrichment
Cross-Domain Integration
  • Lead FM/PM report design and customization
  • Oversee Grafana dashboard architecture and visualization standards
  • Ensure seamless integration across OSS/BSS/NMS/EMS and 5G/4G/IP domain
