Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution and Commercial Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing solutions that meet the needs of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing services proposals and commercial strategies. Your expertise in marketing service domain, mar-tech, and commercial aspects will be crucial for driving business growth and improving the win rate of competitive deals. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design: Develop end-to-end marketing solutions aligning with client requirements and business objectives. This includes understanding requirements, designing solutions, identifying technical solutions (including AI solutions), and pricing models. - Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create compelling commercial proposals and pricing strategies, with a good understanding of annuity business models and pricing strategies. - Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, business units, commercials, transition, and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform solution design and commercial strategies. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, technical specifications, and user guides specific to Capgemini methodology. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in solution design and commercial architecture within the marketing services domain. - Strong knowledge of mar-tech, AI solutions, and pricing strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
