Your RoleAs a Solution and Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercials, and client, to ensure the successful delivery of marketing services proposal and commercial strategy. Your expertise in both marketing service domain, mar-tech and commercial aspects will be crucial in driving business growth and improve the win rate of the competitive deals.In this role you will play a key role in:

Solution Design: Develop and design end-to-end marketing solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. You will be responsible for entire aspect of responding to the proposal and/or RFP starting from understanding the requirements, design of the solution, identifying technical solutions including AI solutions and pricing models.
Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create compelling commercial proposals and pricing strategies. We expect you to have good understanding of annuity business models and pricing strategies.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams across business units, commercials, transition and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform solution design and commercial strategies.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, technical specifications, and user guides specific to Capgemini methodology.
