About this opportunity:Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analysing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.What you will do:
- Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their technology strategy and identify key challenges.
- Analyze customer's technology and business environment along with their non-functional requirements.
- Identify customer's improvement areas and challenges related to both technology and business.
- Collaborate with the Core 3 team to develop a list of potential activities and solutions.
- Construct value arguments alongside the Core 3 team.
- Develop and present technical presentations to customers.
The skills you bring:
Minimum 8+ Yrs of experience in RAN NDO.
- In depth, 5G technology knowledge and NDO expertise is a must.
- Cloud-RAN, Coding skills, ML & AI Skills is an advantage!
- End to End knowledge covering RAN, transport, packet core and devices
- Ericsson system knowledge (Portfolio, ERS, ENM etc.), Good grasp in LTE, VoLTE, CA, COMP, ESS, ENDC, NR NSA, VoNR, Concepts of TCP, UDP and IP, Drive test tools.
- Develop complex end-to-end solutions to meet operators’ technical and business requirements!
- Implement customer solutions within agreed time, scope and cost, handle expectations, and obtain acceptance.
- Share knowledge within Ericsson and with customers.
