Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect in the Traffic department at our company in Aurangabad, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering compliant solutions that meet project specifications, timelines, and SLA requirements. Your focus will be on Smart City and Highway solutions, ensuring solution reliability, standardization, and integration of IoT devices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and deliver end-to-end solution design in compliance with project requirements. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Design, Product Development, and Sales teams. - Conduct compliance reviews during pre-tender and post-tender stages. - Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues. - Lead market analysis, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategies. - Manage partner and alliance accounts. - Recruit, mentor, and guide delivery teams to achieve excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory) - M.tech (Preferable) Candidates must have 15-20 years of experience in Software Development & Delivery, with expertise in software development and product development. Being ready to travel is a must for this role.
