JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, along with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and drive consistent sales growth.
• Build and implement marketplace-specific strategies for product visibility, conversions, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analytics to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and development) to create impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce advertising platforms.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: PPC, SEO, remarketing, and social media ads.
• Proficiency in analytics and ad management tools (Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
