Dynatech is aggressively expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice and is seeking top talent to drive enterprise CRM transformation. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CRM strategy, enabling business growth, and ensuring measurable outcomes across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Solution Architect to design, optimize, and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions. This role focuses on aligning CRM capabilities with business processes, driving adoption, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead functional solution design, process mapping, and configuration in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM capabilities across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy
  • Partner with business leaders to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring CRM solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements and deliver functional designs.
  • Adoption & Governance
  • Drive CRM adoption through training, change management, and user enablement programs.
  • Establish and enforce data quality, security, and governance frameworks.
  • Continuously evaluate new Dynamics 365 features and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations with Power Platform, Azure, and external systems.
  • Mentor consultants and business analysts, promoting CRM best practices and functional excellence.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE with strong functional expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing processes within CRM.
  • Proven track record in solution architecture, enterprise implementations, and process optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical solution delivery.
