Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1) SAP SD Implementation and Configuration: a) Support the implementation of SAP SD within the SAP S/4HANA environment, including configuring sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and shipping processes. b) Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions. c) Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD functionalities. 2) Integration and Process Optimization: a) Work on integrating SAP SD with other modules (MM, FICO, WM) to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes. b) Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within sales and distribution workflows, ensuring enhanced productivity and efficiency. 3) User Training and Support: a) Provide end-user training on SAP SD functionalities to ensure proper adoption and system utilization. b) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD configuration and functionality, providing ongoing support to users. 4) Testing and Documentation: a) Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring proper validation of SAP SD configurations and system performance. b) Document SAP SD configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity. 5) Project Support and Migration: a) Support SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects, ensuring the successful transition from legacy systems. b) Assist in data migration and ensure smooth data flow across the sales and distribution modules. 6) Collaboration and Communication: a) Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of SAP SD projects. b) Communicate effectively with clients to gather business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Qualifications: 1) Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. 2) 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD. 3) Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and shipping. 4) Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations. 5) Knowledge of integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules (MM, FICO, WM). 6) Ability to configure SAP SD solutions and conduct unit testing. 7) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within SAP SD configurations. 8) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 9) Experience working with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their business needs. 10) Understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions and integration tools.
