Location - Dubai CTC - 15000 to 18000 AED Per month Position Summary: As a Integration Developer and Designer specializing in Insurance and Broking, you will be responsible for analysing and developing complex business processes, identifying areas for digital optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Also, it would be required to implement innovative solutions on a no code platform using Java and API knowledge. Your role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, customer experiences, and overall business success in the insurance and broking domain. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Flow Design and Documentation: Work closely with IT and development teams to design digital solutions tailored to the insurance and broking industry. Document business workflows using BPMN modelling methods, as part of digital process automation initiative. Define system solution specifications as required and create wireframes or prototypes as needed. Designing and Code Development: Develop code on no code platform in Java language. Proficient in basic java programming including collections, design patterns, logic, algorithms, exception handling etc. Have adequate knowledge for understanding and implementing python language. Have adequate knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving queries on Mongo DB platform. Design solutions on No code platform and deliver end to end solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between insurance and broking teams, IT departments, and other relevant stakeholders. Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively. Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align on project goals. API Development and Integration Design and implement RESTful, SOAP according to best practices and project requirements. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between different systems, applications, and databases. Monitor and test integrations to ensure data accuracy and successful data transfers between systems. Handle API authentication and authorization protocols. Write unit and integration tests to ensure API functionality and reliability. Monitor API performance and reliability; implement fixes and improvements as needed. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that digital solutions adhere to all relevant insurance and broking regulations. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Engineering. Proven experience in java, MongoDB and SQL skills. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in the insurance and broking sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of insurance and broking processes and regulations.
