Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, including Sales Pursuit and Delivery, to ensure that the solutions you develop align with client expectations and business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to create value propositions that resonate with clients, ensuring that the solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that enhance client satisfaction and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the solution are considered. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and alignment among team members and clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing service integration strategies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
