Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect in the Traffic department at our company located in Aurangabad, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering compliant solutions that meet project specifications, timelines, and SLA requirements. Your primary focus will be on Smart City and Highway solutions, involving the integration of IoT devices. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver end-to-end solution design in compliance with project requirements. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Design, Product Development, and Sales teams. - Conduct compliance reviews during pre-tender and post-tender stages. - Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues. - Lead market analysis, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategies. - Manage partner and alliance accounts. - Recruit, mentor, and guide delivery teams to achieve excellence. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory) + M.Tech (Preferable) Candidates for this position must have 15-20 years of experience in Software Development & Delivery.
