Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in AIOPS to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on delivery experience on products like RPA, Chat Bots, Orchestrators, and Application Performance Management tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable and efficient AIOPS solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for AIOPS projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AIOPS.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AIOPS.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of solution architecture and design principles.
Experience with application performance management tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, NewRelic, and DataDog.
Familiarity with automation tools and technology products like RPA, Chat Bots, and Orchestrators.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
One scripting language is required for all AIOPs requirements.
One Elastic certification is mandatory for all AIOPs requirements.
A graduate full-time degree is required.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
