Project Role : Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary: Analyzing client requirements from RFP or RFI documents and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions. Design a solution that is both competitive and feasible, ensuring it enhances the client's value proposition and aligns with their business goals. This involves using in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, functions, and platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage large and complex bid solutions, including RFP responses, consulting engagements, and due diligence activities. • Lead solution defense discussions with clients, conduct product demos, and contribute to deal success by offering a unique approach in proposals. • Support capability building by developing solution frameworks and assets. • Collaborate with product vendors for product capability validation, compliance checks, and cost negotiations. Professional & Technical skills: • Presales and Consulting experience - Monitoring and Automation • Presales, Consulting experience for Splunk, BMC - BPPM, BMC -BEM, Solarwinds, Science Logic, Microfocus, Orchestration, Solarwinds, App Dynamics, Datadog • Should have a strong understanding of available GenAI solutions. • Capable of creating High-Level Designs, High-Level Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and other technical documentation related to Solutions and Contracting. • In-depth knowledge of Service Desk and End-User Computing tools and technologies like Amazon connect, Nexthink, Anakage, SCCM, Intune and other leading tools in this space. • Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent client or customer relationship management skills at the executive level • Extensive client or customer service management skills • Good people management skills Additional Information: • Candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years’ experience in pre-sales. • This position is based out of Gurugram. • A 15 years of full time education is required (preferably B.E or B.Tech or MBA from leading institutes)
