Role & Responsibilities1. PV Module Installation

• Execute installation of solar PV modules as per design layout and safety standards.
• Ensure proper alignment, mounting structure assembly, and torque settings for all modules.
• Perform string formation, cable routing, and MC4 termination with precision.

2. Site Supervision & Team Coordination

• Supervise daily activities of installation labour teams and ensure task execution per schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and logistics teams for material and manpower planning.
• Monitor on-site safety practices and enforce use of PPE and work protocols.

3. Electrical Integration Support

• Assist with string testing, inverter connections, cable dressing, and termination.
• Support commissioning activities including megger testing, IR tests, and functional checks.

4. Quality & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to quality standards during installation and raise flags for non-compliance.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site photos for documentation.

5. Operation Support & Basic Maintenance

• Conduct routine checks of the plant post-installation and report faults or generation drops.
• Clean modules, check connectors, and ensure general upkeep of the plant during handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical stream
• Experience: 1–3 years in solar PV installation, preferably ground-mounted or rooftop projects
• Knowledge of DC & AC side electrical works, inverter integration, and safety protocols
• Hands-on experience with basic electrical tools, multimeters, and crimping tools
• Ability to supervise field teams and work under minimal supervision

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
