Site Supervision & Team Coordination Supervise daily activities of installation labour teams and ensure task execution per schedule. Electrical Integration Support Assist with string testing, inverter connections, cable dressing, and termination. Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site photos for documentation. 5. The ideal candidate will manage vendor coordination, material procurement, rate negotiations, and timely delivery to ensure seamless project execution across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Planning : Understand project BOQ and technical requirements to create a comprehensive procurement schedule aligned with project timelines. Vendor Coordination : Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for materials such as solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, etc. Price Negotiation & Comparison : Obtain and analyze quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and warranties to ensure cost-effectiveness. PO Issuance : Prepare and release purchase orders; track order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery. Delivery & Logistics : Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites; resolve logistics and transportation issues in coordination with vendors and site engineers.
