Job Objective: To execute high-quality rooftop solar installations including mounting, electrical wiring, safety checks, and documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety norms. Key Responsibilities: • Install solar panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components per design • Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and on-site safety measures • Conduct pre-installation site readiness checks • Assist with joint inspections with DISCOMs • Collect serial numbers and geo-tagged photos via mobile app • Coordinate with survey and logistics teams • Train customers on system use and basic troubleshooting
