Stringer Operator – Solar Manufacturing The Stringer Operator plays a key role in assembling solar PV modules by interconnecting solar cells using a stringer machine. This role ensures precision, quality, and efficiency in the stringing process. Key Responsibilities: Operate the stringer machine for solar cell interconnection. Ensure accurate alignment and soldering of cells. Inspect cell strings for defects (cracks, misalignment, poor soldering). Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting. Maintain production logs and quality records. Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety standards. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical. 1–2 years of experience in solar PV manufacturing preferred. Basic knowledge of solar cell handling and soldering techniques. Attention to detail and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
