Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Muzaffarpur. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include site assessments, system setup, wiring, inspections, and ensuring optimal performance of solar installations. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power Ability to troubleshoot solar power systems and ensure efficient power generation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Relevant certifications or training in solar technology is a plus High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
