Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Sitamarhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities within their designated region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will coordinate with the General Manager and report sales performance to senior management.

• Strong understanding of the Solar Power System
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the designated region
