Solar Technician

Role Overview: As a Technician – Solar, you will be responsible for executing all on-site electrical and installation-related tasks under the supervision of the Project Engineer. The role involves installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of rooftop solar systems while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on electrical or technical experience who wish to build a career in the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities: ●      Carry out electrical and mechanical installation work for rooftop solar systems. ●      Assist the Project Engineer during site execution and ensure timely task completion. ●      Perform cable laying, wiring, termination, earthing, and panel mounting as per design. ●      Support in inverter, module, and structure installation. ●      Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting under the engineer’s guidance. ●      Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on-site. ●      Maintain site work records and report daily progress to the supervising engineer. ●      Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly during project execution. Preferred Qualifications: ●      ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related technical field. ●      0–1 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work (freshers can apply). ●      Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems (training will be provided). ●      Strong teamwork and communication skills (Marathi preferred). ●      Willingness to travel to project sites across Maharashtra. ●      Commitment to safety and attention to detail during on-ground work.
