Solar Technician

As a Solar Technician at KR Mangalam Group, your role involves assessing job sites, identifying and resolving potential hazards, and creating or interpreting solar panel installation plans. Your responsibilities include: - Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems, including solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, or support structures. - Performing all necessary electrical work to connect solar systems to the electric grid, ensuring proper grounding systems, controls, and testing. - Weatherproofing solar installations in compliance with local safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. - Installing and maintaining panels on various locations such as residential homes, corporate offices, and solar farms. - Staying updated on local, state, and federal codes to ensure panels are installed and maintained according to regulations. - Reading blueprints and schematics to correctly place panels, and cutting, fitting, and connecting multiple panels. - Choosing and configuring setup locations based on project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.Tech in a related field. - Preferably more than 5 years of experience in the field.
