We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Solar Estimator & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines solar system design, estimating, and client engagement to deliver sustainable energy solutions across residential, commercial solar. R

Key Responsibilities:

Solar Estimating & Design:

  • Analyse site conditions, energy usage, and client requirements
  • Prepare accurate solar PV system designs and cost estimates
  • Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards

Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Attend site visits and consultations
  • Present proposals and explain technical solutions in clear, customer-friendly language
  • Build strong relationships and follow up to secure projects

Project Setup & Support:

  • Convert successful quotes into jobs in our management system
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for smooth delivery
  • Provide clear handovers and assist with variations or cost queries

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical principles
  • Experience in estimating or sales within the electrical/renewable energy sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
