Solar Sales & Site Executive

Job Profile: Solar Sales & Site Executive Location: Ahmedabad/Jamnagar Experience: 1-3 Years The Solar EPC Project Execution & Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing site visits, evaluation and measurements, ensuring smooth project execution, commissioning and handover while also driving sales. This role involves client coordination, managing on-site activities and ensuring timely and successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: 1) Client Coordination & Sales: Engage with clients to understand energy needs, budgets and technical requirements. Responsible for generating leads independently, along with handling leads provided by the company. Present solar EPC solutions and provide technical and financial insights. Negotiate contracts, finalize deals and ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution. 2) Site Visits & Evaluation: Conduct site assessments, measurements and feasibility studies. Analyse structural, electrical and shading conditions for system design. 3) Project Execution & Commissioning: Oversee material delivery, installation and on-site execution. Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely completion. 4) Project Handover & Compliance: Conduct system testing, commissioning and performance validation. Train clients on system operation and provide necessary documentation. 5) Liaisoning & Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with DISCOMs and government bodies for net metering, subsidies and other regulatory approvals. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on documentation for permissions and clearances. 6) Relationship Management & Market Insights: Maintain strong client relationships for referrals projects. Work Environment: Hybrid role with frequent site visits, client meetings, and periodic travel to Rajkot (HO) for team coordination. Show more Show less
