Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solar Rooftop Sales (Residential, Commercial, Industrial):

  • Identify and approach homeowners, MSMEs, institutions, and industries for rooftop solar installations.
  • Conduct site assessments and load analysis with technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals including system size, ROI, payback, and Tata Power brand value.
  • Educate customers about Tata Power Solar's offerings, warranties, net metering, and available subsidies.
  • Coordinate with the project and DISCOM teams for approvals and installation execution.

2. EV Charging Solutions Sales:

  • Promote Tata Power EZ Charging solutions for homes, societies, commercial spaces, hotels, fleet operators, and institutions.
  • Identify high-potential EV zones and create proposals for AC/DC chargers (7.4 kW to 60 kW+).
  • Engage with builders, RWAs, OEM dealerships, petrol pump owners, and malls for EV infrastructure needs.
  • Explain benefits of Tata Power’s national network, backend app integration, and billing system.

3. Sales Reporting & CRM:

  • Maintain daily lead follow-up records, sales pipeline, and conversions using CRM or Excel.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets across both verticals.
  • Coordinate for documentation, quotations, and invoicing with the backend team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Tech, or Diploma preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in solar, electrical, or EV-related sales is preferred.
  • Freshers with high motivation and technical interest can apply.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar and EV systems (training support will be provided).
  • Must have own vehicle and be open to local travel.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi + local language; English preferred).
  • Confident in client handling, cold calling, and field sales.
  • Technical aptitude to understand solar and EV basics (training support by Tata Power Channel Partner).
  • Familiar with government schemes, state policies, and green energy benefits.
