Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales. The role involves visiting clients, understanding their needs, presenting solar solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting clients in Kanpur and build strong relationships to generate business.
• Present and promote solar solutions to potential customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solar products.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Ability to travel and visit clients regularly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
