Solar Project Manager

As a Project Manager for Solar EPC projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects encompassing grid-tied, off-grid, and microgrid systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the entire solar project lifecycle, from design to commissioning, for various types of projects. - Preparing and validating the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project requirements. - Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensuring timely execution. - Managing vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics while maintaining project timelines. - Overseeing on-site teams and contractors to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. - Conducting project review meetings, risk assessments, and progress monitoring. - Coordinating with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance. - Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project. - Monitoring cost control, inventory management, and project profitability metrics. Qualifications required for this role include a B.E. in Electrical or Renewable Energy with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
