Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar EPC Site Engineer located in Surat. The Solar EPC Site Engineer will manage site operations for solar energy projects, ensure quality control, and coordinate with Electrical Engineers and Structural design team. Daily tasks include overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and maintaining communication with the project team and clients. The role also involves regular site inspections and documentation of project progress.

Qualifications

• On-site project management and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in quality control for engineering projects
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles
• Background in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, OR Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in solar energy projects is a plus
