Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Engineer located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing solar power systems, including PV and electrical design. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, creating detailed system designs, overseeing installation processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Experience in the Solar Industry and Solar Power
Proficiency in Solar Systems and PV Design
Strong Electrical Design skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Certifications in solar technologies or renewable energy are a plus
