Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Engineer located in Pune with some work from home flexibility. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of solar power systems. Daily tasks include performing PV design, electrical design, and system optimization, as well as collaborating with team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the Solar Industry and Solar Power
Experience with Solar Systems and PV Design
Skills in Electrical Design
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Relevant certifications or professional licenses are a plus
